i really wanted to love Miaou because the clothes are super cute and the whole vibe is very much my style, but the sizing bummed me out. it feels like everything is designed with one specific body type in mind, and even the larger sizes didn’t feel like they had much actual room.
the fit also ran small for me, so ordering felt like a gamble instead of something i could feel confident about. for the price, i expected the size range and fit to be way more inclusive. i probably won’t shop there again unless they make some real changes.

I do really like the clothes and the shipping was faster than I expected. The only thing is the customs/duties fee wasn’t super obvious to me when I was checking out. I ended up having to pay extra once it arrived, which was annoying. Maybe it was there and I just missed it, but I wish the full cost was made more clear before you pay

I kind of regret not checking the return process before ordering. It ended up being more annoying than I expected and took way too much time for something that should’ve been simple.

I thought this was really cute when I got it, but the fit was way smaller than I expected. I can’t remember if I ordered my usual size right away or after checking the chart, but either way, it definitely didn’t fit like it should have.

I was trying to buy a top, but the checkout kept throwing errors right after I entered my card info. I ended up having to refresh and type everything in again twice, which was annoying. The shipping cost also didn’t show up until later in the process, and that part was weird. I still like the clothes, but the whole checkout experience made me almost give up.

I ordered the brown top because in the photos my brain just read it as a warm chocolate brown, so I figured it would be an easy win. When it showed up, though, it looked much more grey and kind of dull in person. The fabric and fit were fine, so I almost wanted to keep it, but the color was the whole reason I bought it. The return process was a hassle too, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Disappointed overall

I emailed them with a question about shipping and they replied the next day. The answer was actually helpful and got things sorted without a bunch of extra messages, which I appreciated. Not gonna lie, I was a little annoyed waiting, but also it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall decent experience, just knocking off a star because the reply could’ve been quicker...

I ordered a top and a pair of jeans a couple weeks ago, and after wearing them a few times, I’m happy with both. The material feels nice and better quality than I expected. The sizing took me a little while to figure out, especially with the jeans, but once I got the right fit, they were comfortable. I’d probably order again.

My delivery came right on time, which was nice because I’ve had plenty of packages show up late, get delayed for no clear reason, or suddenly say “out for delivery” for two days. The tracking was decent too, I could see where it was, when it was moving, and when it was close, so I wasn’t just guessing or checking the porch every five minutes

For what I paid, I expected the exchange to be smoother. I probably won’t order again unless I’m completely sure about the sizing first

I was disappointed with this. The fabric started wearing out way too fast, and the seams ripped after only a two wears. It really didn’t feel like a good quality, so I wouldn’t say it’s worth it

I don’t know, I feel like this brand used to be a lot better. With all the hype, I expected more, but lately the prices feel steep for what you’re getting. It just doesn’t seem as worth the risk to me anymore...

I placed my order expecting it to process in a normal amount of time, but it still hasn’t even shipped. I reached out about it because it felt like a basic request, just wanting an update, and it basically got ignored. Really frustrating to be left waiting with no clear answer

My package showed up looking terrible, the box was crushed, and the clothes were just shoved inside like nobody cared. For what they charge, that feels unacceptable. If a company is going to take people’s money, they should at least have the decency to pack the order properly. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I really wanted to like this because it looks super cute, but after about ten minutes it started digging in and got really uncomfortable. Has anyone else had the same issue with it?

I ordered from miaou.com and checkout was easy enough. I got my confirmation email quick, so at first everything seemed totally fine.

The only thing that threw me off was the tracking. It took awhile to update and I couldn’t tell if my package had actually shipped yet or if it was just sitting somewhere.

It did show up in the end, so overall it wasn’t a bad expereince. I just wish the order tracking was a bit clearer and updated more often...
